In 2023, I was location scouting for a film, and I couldn’t believe how cumbersome it was to find the locations we needed.

We shot one scene in one location, then drove 20 miles to the next one, then off to the third one - just to capture a few pages.

A plan was hatching in my mind: What if there was a space with most of the important sets and locations in a SINGLE PLACE?

Now there is: Third Door Productions

We have two rooms:
-One for staging, makeup & wardrobe
-One for filming

Everything is flexible and clean, so it’s easy to move things around and create whole new environments.

Utilizing the space enables us to keep the costs down.

We have natural daylight, blackout curtains, and a ceiling lighting grid, so the lights can be fully controlled.

Depending on your script, you can probably shoot most of your movie here. Without moving people and gear around.
